As a visionary leader, Emily has spearheaded strategy, marketing and global partnership initiatives at Paramount Global, where she delivered entertainment marketing solutions for big name clients on behalf of playful brands such as MTV, Paramount, Comedy Central, CBS & Nickelodeon - working on shows like RuPaul’s Drag Race and Yellowstone…just sayin’.

Experiences that profoundly shaped her perspective on storytelling, branded solutions, and her curiosity-driven approach come from her world travels, personal mental health journey, experiencing grief, and yogic philosophy.
In her devotion to continued wellness, Emily is a certified yoga instructor and breath work devotee. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Chiang Mai, Thailand in 2009 and has since dedicated her time to learning Eastern practices, completing various courses in mindfulness meditation, Yogic theory, self inquiry, shadow work and kundalini energy healing.
